Microsoft Access for Geologists is a new training course developed by Data Directions. Many companies employ a Database Administrator to maintain their sampling and drill data in a relational database system, such as Microsoft Access. This one-day course introduces the Exploration Geologist to the basics of accessing and analysing this data using Microsoft Access. The course then shows how the Microsoft Access database can be used in MapInfo and drill data plotted using Discover.
